The minimum payout threshold is USD 20 for PayPal, USD 50 for Check, and USD 500 for Wire Transfer.

BuySellAds does not have any traffic requirement that publishers have to fulfill per se to join the platform and monetize. However, it expects you to comply with the necessary legislation and not partake in activities that are prohibited on or through the service. 

BuySellAds offers a 75-25 revenue share, where publishers get 75% of the revenue that has been generated.
